In our apartments you will find everything for your longer stay:

For the apartments, all operating and ancillary costs including GEZ (ARD/ZDF

Washroom
In our shared laundry room you will find a dryer and a washing machine (incl. detergent/fabric softener, self-dosing) for a fee (coin operated) as well as an ironing board and iron.

Mandatory
Final cleaning €75.00 (one-off)

Optional
Intermediate cleaning of the apartment, change of towels and bed linen €50.00 per cleaning (as required).

Laundry package
Towels-bed linen package consisting of: 2 towels, 1 bath mat, 1 bed sheet, 2 pillowcases, 1 duvet cover €15.00 (per package as required)

Park
Parking space in the neighboring multi-storey car park (20m, can be rented monthly or as required).

Length of stay
Minimum stay per booking: 14 nights
Maximum length of stay 6 months.

Upon request
We would also be happy to develop tailor-made, individualized package solutions for you if you, as a business customer, need to book several apartments or, if necessary, the entire milk house over a certain period of time.
